Every effort has been made to give you the most authentic bass possible, with fretted and fretless bass. Al Swainger is a musician whose eclectic tastes have led to making music in a wide variety of genres. Covering ground from Pop to Progressive Rock, traditional to modern Jazz and fully improvised sound sculpture, Al is always keen to explore new musical territory.
Organic Loops enlisted the use of the following gear: Westone Thunder Jet fitted with DR Lowrider strings and a fretless Zon Bass amplified by an Ashdown Mag 300 Head and Ashdown 4x8 Cab. Each of these were recorded through Class A neve pre-amps and meticulously edited in Pro Tools.
This pack features Al playing both fretlesss and fretted bass at tempos of 90, 100, 115 and 124 BPM, applicable to Hip Hop, House, Big Beat, Funk, Soul, Breaks and Downtempo music.
