Taking influences from artists such as Answer Code Request, Ben Klock, Shed, FJAAK, Oscar Mulero, Luke Slater, Etapp Kyle, The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Noisia, plus labels including Ostgut Ton, Hyperdub, Suburban Avenue, Ninja Tune, Monkeytown Records, and Warp Records - this is a rare collection of sounds enabling in-depth development of full electronic music compositions.

Packed full of fat drums, deep and distorted basslines, extraordinary synths, and soulful melodies, Offbeat Techno provides a great set of samples for creating classy electronic music and soundtracks. You will find 300 drum loops (divided into layers of kick, snare, and percussion) plus 150 music and vocal loops, as well as 150 one-shot drum samples and special cinematic effects which were inspired by the late 90s techno and breakbeat wave using modern post-production.

The creative director and producer of the project is the Ukrainian musician and artist Histibe, who produced the main demo track and part of the samples for this collection. Maks Histibe is a music producer and sound designer who has been doing his own thing for the past fifteen years. He has created many exciting new electronic compositions which have been published by the likes of world-renowned platforms such as Complex, Future Music Magazine, MusicRadar, JAY Z's Life+Times, UKF, DJ Mag, Dezeen, AskAudio, and BBC. This sample pack has been written by Forest People who is one of the main figures in Bosnia and Herzegovina when it comes to techno.  He creates music for many respected labels like Planet Rhythm, Flash Recordings, Driving Forces, Tic Tac Toe, Credo, and many more. He has presented his personal productions in many popular clubs, including Tresor (Berlin), Mamma Club (Lisbon), Respublica (Bordeaux), Panama (Amsterdam), and Le Pigallion (Paris).
