Reaktor Lifeform 2

Cycles & Spots created a a new version of their first Reaktor instrument Lifeform with 400 samples implemented, a perfect tool for Ambient productions and soundscape building. It's very easy and quick to get beautiful or harmonic or disharmonic textures, even using only one sample. These can be very dynamic in terms of changes in the actual sound over long time periods (You can cross-modulate all LFOs with each other). Though it is also possible to dive deep into this instrument and control every little detail.

The Lifeform concept is to have 2 granular samplers playing and mixing these together plus lots of modulation. In fact this version has a modulation matrix featuring 8 LFOs (sine to random) and 8 destinations for the granular samplers. Both samplers feature the standard grain funktions and can be frequency shifted and equalized. Effect-wise there are grain delays for the left and right channel and a superb lush reverb.
